The following article explains how to check how up to date my Parts & Price files are.

Details
Go to "Parts & Clothing" or "Stock Control" -> "Maintenance Options" -> "Shadow File Maintenance " -> "Shadow File Summary"
This will show a list of all the suppliers you have prices for and the dates that they were last updated, your latest updates will be listed first.
