Summary
The following article outlines how to do a search for a customer you may not know the account code for from anywhere in Platinum.
Additional Information
From any account code field in Platinum you can press <Ctrl+F1> to launch a search window. All you then need to do is type in part of the name you wish to search on for (e.g.: 'Bloggs' for Mr Joe Bloggs) in the search on box.
You will then be shown a list of accounts with Bloggs in the name.
