All document configuration is done in "Reports & Parameters".

Go to "Report & Parameters" -> "Maintenance Options" -> "System Administrator" -> "Amend Document Formats".

  • Select the system and document you want to amend.
  • After you have written the document format, save the document layout.
    • At this point some documents have to be 'compiled' (this allows for faster document printing) - you will be given the chance to compile the document, test it or edit it again.
  • Next time you print the document you have amended, it will use the newly created layout.
