Summary
The ability to print out a Workshop Job Card with in the Workshop Management system. These Job Cards can hold relevant information about the jobs to be completed by the workshop technicians.
Printing Out a Job Card
To be able to print out a Workshop Job card you need to be in the Job properties. So you will need to go to "Workshop Management" -> "Workshop Diary".
- Press <Ctrl+F1> to search for the Job.
- Fill in the search criteria to get to the relevant Job.
- Click on [Search]. This will list Jobs that are in search criteria.
- Click on [Edit]. This will take you to the Workshop Job Properties.
- Once in the properties of the desired Job Press <Shift+F9>. This will then print out the job card for that particular job.
Additional Information
- The Workshop Job Card, can contain various additional information about the job, which can be entered.
- It is also possible to configure the workshop job card to display a check list which the Technicians can go through. for more details contact Sales at Catalyst Computer Systems Ltd on 0116 2301500.
