Summary

The following article explains how to mark a job as Delivered. This will mean that the status will then automatically be changed to 'Ready to Invoice' or 'RTI', (Depending on your Platinum settings.)

More Information

  • Go to " Logistics Management Job Planning".
  • Select the Job you wish to mark as "Delivered"
  • Press <F5> to edit the job.
  • Select the [Post Delivery] tab.
  • Click into the "Notes:" field.
  • Click the [Stamp] button at the top of the Job. This will enter a line that looks something like this
<<14/10/2024 12:30 Super>>
  • Click <Done> and <Accept> to save the changes.
  • Once saved, the status of the job will automatically change
