Repeated jobs
You may repeat a job after you have created it. For example; when creating a job you may wish to repeat the job for the selected period to save you having to create each day as a separate entry.
- Tag the job you wish to repeat using [T]
- Press [Shift-F2] to bring up the Copy or Repeat Job function.
- Specify how often this "Repeats" using the drop down on Copy or repeat?, the "Repeats" and the days to apply it to.
- Specify the date range for the appointment e.g. a single week for a job or a 12 month period if you are creating an entry to appear on the first Monday of every month.
Check your settings before clicking [Done]. Once the jobs are generated you will have to manually amend or delete each one if you create jobs in error! |
- Once the entry is ready to save click [Done] and [Accept]
