How do I delete vehicle costings?

Go into " Vehicle Costings Vehicle Cost Amendments View/Amend/Cleardown Costs".

• At "From Date" and "To", enter the date for the cost you wish to view.

Pressing <Enter> will automatically bring up today's date.

• At "From Vehicle" and "To", enter the vehicle or range of vehicles for which you want to view the costs and press <Enter>.
• At "From Category" and "To", enter the Cost Category or range of Categories you want to view and press <F2>.

This will show you all the costs for the current range.

Use the <Up Arrow> and <Down Arrow> keys to move to the cost you wish to delete, press <F10> and then click [Yes] to remove the cost.

Be sure you wish to remove this cost as once it is deleted it cannot be retrieved without manually recreating it.
