More Information
Default Image
The default image in the list is indicated by a star icon. To change the default image, first tap or click once on an image, then click the star button that appears.

Published Flag
A tick icon in the bottom right corner indicates that an image is to be published (to Catalyst FindIt, for example). To toggle whether an image is to be published or not, first tap or click once on an image, then click the tick button that appears.

Delete Image
To delete an image, first tap or click once on an image, then click the X button that appears.

Reordering Images

You can reorder images using drag and drop. Simply use your mouse or your finger on a touch screen to drag an image to a new location in the list and the image order is automatically updated.

Adding Signatures
You can add signatures using your finger or a stylus in Platinum Online. To add a signature, tap on [Add Signature] at the end of the list of images in Platinum Online. This will open a new screen with a large box where you can enter a signature, and a few other fields:
- The dropdown above the signature box allows you to choose some text describing what is being signed for. See Configuring the media managers in Platinum Online for how to add your own disclaimers and set per-module defaults.
- "Name" is for recording who is signing.
- "Date" is prefilled with today's date and time.
To clear the signature and start over, press [Clear] at the bottom right of the signature box. When you are happy that everything is correct, press [Send] to upload the signature to your Platinum system.
