Daily Routines

Review Work in Progress

Print a work in progress report and review it. Check for cancelled or postponed jobs, and update as required.

Review Sales Work to do

Check for outstanding sales order work that should be scheduled. This will also include building of bikes that have come into stock, preparation of used bikes, and PDI, preparation and accessory fitting for sold bikes.

Review Diary Schedule

Look at the diary bookings for the day and decide if there is spare capacity that could be filled.

Weekly Routines

Follow Up

Use your preferred method to extract customers information to send service reminders; MOT reminders (where relevant); bikes sold but not seen in the workshop; service campaigns and other offers etc.

Monthly Routines

Check that all internal and warranty work is up to date and invoiced where possible.
