Summary

Most document formats in Platinum are configurable.

  • Reference guides for these formats are listed below in the 'See also' section.

More Information

All document configuration is done in " Reports & Settings".

Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Platinum Settings Amend Document Formats".

  • Select the system and document you want to amend.
  • Place the required tokens on the page.
  • After you have written the document format, save the document layout.
    • At this point some documents have to be 'compiled'
This allows for faster document printing - you will be given the chance to compile the document, test it or edit it again.
  • Next time you print the document you have amended, it will use the newly created layout.
