Summary
This article explains how to make Sales Prospecting Interests mandatory by assigning them to categories so that one of the attributes in the category has to be chosen.
More Information
- Go to " Sales Prospecting Maintenance Options Add or Edit Interest Categories".
- In the "Filter on" box, type the name or the code of any of the Interests you wish to make mandatory.
- Click on the [Settings] tab, and then click on the "Category" field.
- If there is a Category shown, press <Shift+F10> to bring up the Category properties, or press <Ctrl+F1> to bring up the Category search window, or create a new one.
- Click on the [Settings] tab and set the "Mandatory" flag to 'Yes'.
- Click [Done] and [Accept].
