Adding Signature Disclaimers / Types
You can add your own custom disclaimers and have them appear in the dropdown when adding a signature as follows:
- Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Groups, Types and Categories Add or Edit Signature Types".
- Press <F6> or [Add].
- In "Signature type", enter the code for the disclaimer.
- In "Description", enter a brief description for the disclaimer.
- Press <Esc> then [Accept] to accept your changes.
The new disclaimer will appear in Platinum Online & Platinum Mobile the next time you log in. If you are already logged in, you will need to log out and back in again.
Setting the Default Signature Disclaimer / Type
You can set a default disclaimer that will be selected automatically for each module with an Image Manager in Platinum Online.
- Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Platinum Settings".
- Search for 'Signature'.
- Find the module for which you want to set a default, and press <F5> on "Default signature type".
- Enter the code of the disclaimer you want to be the default selected option, or alternatively press <Ctrl+F1> to search for a disclaimer if you don't know the code.
- Press [OK], then <Esc> and accept your changes.
The new default disclaimer will be set in Platinum Online & Platinum Mobile the next time you log in. If you are already logged in, you will need to log out and back in again.
