To deactivate a user get into {{UserSettings}}.

*Enter the name of the user you wish to remove and select {{Button|Search}}.

*Press {{Button|Delete}} to deactivate them.

*Click {{Button|Yes}} to confirm the deactivation.

More Information

When a employee leaves the company, it is good maintenance to make their Platinum user inactive which prevents users logging in under their user code and is generally good house keeping for Platinum.

Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Add or Edit Users".

  • Enter the name of the user you wish to remove and select [Search].
  • Press [Delete] to deactivate them.
  • Click [Yes] to confirm the deactivation.
If you try and deactivate a user that is already deactivated, then the user will be removed.
