This article explains how to change your Platinum Password. Only users with a certain level of security will be able to do this.

Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Add or Edit Users".

Enter the user code for whom you wish to change the Password (you can press <Ctrl+F1> to search). Press <Enter>.
Go down to "Password" and press <Ctrl+U> to clear out any password already stored there. You will only see '********' but behind the scenes the field will now be blank.
Type in the new password for the user. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive.
Press <Enter> and the system will ask you to "Confirm Password".
Press <Ctrl+U> to clear out any password already stored there. Again you will still see '********'.
Type in the new password for the user. Press <Enter>.
If the cursor goes back to the "Password" field, then the confirmation password you typed in was different to the original. Repeat the process and try again.
Press <Esc> and click [Accept] to finalise the change.

The user should now be able to log in with their new password.
