Summary

Customer and Supplier details can hold associated banking details.

More Information

This banking information can be secured so only certain users with Platinum can view and amend it.

Setting Security

Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator User Maintenance General Security 2".

  • Set "View/Amend Banking Details:" to 'N' to disable the "Banking" tab or 'Y' to enable it.
  • Once a user has been set to not view or amend the banking details for your customers and suppliers, they will NOT be able to report on this information either.
