Summary
Printing address labels within Platinum
More Information
If you have a label printer as part of your Platinum set up it is possible to print labels from any customer/supplier code in the system.
- From an account code press <Shift+F10>.
This will take you to the "Customer/Supplier properties" screen showing the name, address and contact numbers for that account.
- Then press either
- <F5> - Sends a Standard address label to the printer.
- <Shift+F5> - Pops up a box allowing you to enter an FAO name on the Label. Once entered simply press <F2> or click [Print].
The information in the F.A.O. box can also be blanked out, this then allows you to fill it in with anything you like. It means you can print Text labels for anything you like from within Platinum. |
