More Information

We refer to this information as Audit information.

  • When you create, change or view an item in a Platinum Property Screen, the time, date, site, person, program and terminal details are stored.
  • These can be viewed by using the <Ctrl+F2> key.
  • These can also be reported on in the Report Generator.
  • Creation details are often included in the Searches as a column.
Clicking on the heading to that column will list the items being searched for in creation order - This may help you in identifying the item you are looking for.
