Summary
The following article explains how to clear locked Logistics jobs if you are having problems with ones that won't let you edit them (i.e. they that say that they are in use).
This can happen even if you have cleared the " User Monitor Screen" as covered in this article.
More Information
Go to " Systems Logistics Management Maintenance Options Parameters".
Tip: If you get a message saying "Other users are in this copy of the software. Do you still want to enter this option?", click [Yes]. |
- Check that other people are not currently entering jobs onto the system.
- Select [Unlock all records].
The screen will not seemingly do anything but this will unlock your Logistics jobs. Go back to " Job Planning" and you should now be able to edit the jobs.
