Summary

The following article outlines how to search for a customer when you don't know their code.

More Information

From any customer code field in Platinum you can press <Ctrl+F1> to launch a search window. All you then need to do is type in part of the name you wish to search on for (e.g. 'Bloggs' for Mr Joe Bloggs) in the search on box.

You will then be shown a list of customers with Bloggs in the name.

See Finding customers.
