More Information

Go to " Systems\Accounts Sales Ledger Customer File Maintenance Add or Edit Customers".

  • This will take you to a search screen. Type either the account code or name required.
E.G.:  'SMI001' or the description 'John Smith'.
  • Double click on the account to which you want to add an account group or press [Edit].
  • Click on the Groups/Analysis tab.
  • It is recommended that you enter a 3 character code in CAPITAL LETTERS for the group that you wish to attach to this account.
