Summary
This article explains how to add analysis codes and apply them to a vehicle. In Platinum it is possible to attach analysis codes to your vehicles, this allows for more detailed reporting.
More Information
Go to " Systems Unit Sales Add and Edit Vehicles".
- This will take you to a search screen. Press <F6> or click the [New] button.
Tip: Or you can type in a part of a reg, vehicle model or code or description to find an existing code. |
- Click on the [Groups\Analysis] Tab.
- Click on one of the "Analysis" code boxes.
- Type a 1 Character code that relates to the status you require.
- Press <Shift+F10>. This will take you to the "Vehicle Analysis Amendment".
- Type in a "Description" for the "Analysis code".
- Press <Esc> and click [Accept].
