Summary
The following article explains how to apply a account group to an account code and set up its parameters accordingly.
More Information
Go to " Systems\Accounts Sales Ledger Add or Edit Customers".
- This will take you to a search screen. Type either the account code of the item required
E.G.: 'SMI001' or the description 'John Smith'. - Click twice on the account to which you want to add an account group.
- Click on the Groups/Analysis tab.
- Enter a 3 character code in CAPITAL LETTERS for the group that you wish to attach to this account.
E.G.: 'TRA' for Trade account. |
- Press <Esc>.
- Then press <Enter> to save the settings.
- Finally press <Esc> to return to customer search.
