The first thing you need to do is to create a prospect.

Adding a Contact

Whenever you communicate with a prospect, either by email, telephone, in person or by any other method, this should be logged as a "Contact".

Vehicle Interests

If a prospect has a particular interest in a vehicle, you can record this against them.
