Summary

The following article explains how to create a rate table.

More Information

Go to "Logistics Management" -> "Maintenance Options" -> "Rate Table Amendments"

  • In the Table: field, enter in a code for the new table and then <press> Shift-F10 to enable you to add a description to the code.
  • Select the Parameters tab.

Rate tables may if desired be automated. If automated, the table may itself select the appropriate line or column used dependent on information entered. Depending on the particular needs of an individual company this seeking to line or column may be linked to each one of three aspects of a logistics job (area, text or quantity) or in the case of stock carriage charges to quantity only.

  • If automation is required, select the appropriate drop down box in Line: and Column:
  • Select the appropriate block and line for the text in the drop down boxes.
  • When finished, press <Esc> and <Accept>

Now the table is created, Line and Column details need adding to make up the table.

  • Press <F5> to amend line details.
