Summary

The following article explains how to repeat a diary appointment in Personnel Planning over a specified date range.

More Information

  • Go to " Personnel Planning Diary Entries".
  • Enter the date of the appointment that you want to repeat in the "From date:" and "To date:" field and click [Search] or press <F2>.
  • Select the appointment.
  • Press <F8> and then tick the days of the week that you wish to repeat the diary entry on, and the interval for this repetition
  • Enter the start date in the "From:" field and the end date in the "Until:" field.
  • Click [Repeat] or press <F2> to repeat the appointment. A message will appear stating how many appointments have been created, click [OK].
  • Press <Esc> to return to the " Diary Appointments" screen.
