The Catalyst Web Daemon is an add-on application for your Platinum system. If your system has the Browser Daemon module, which allows external applications to access your Platinum information, the Web Daemon can be added to extend this to your e-commerce website.

- Note that your Platinum system must be updated with new licence details in order for the Web Daemon to function correctly. Contact your Platinum dealer or our sales team on 0116 230 1500 or by using our website sales contact page for more information.
- The Web Daemon works in conjunction with the Browser Daemon. Contact your Platinum dealer or our sales team on 0116 230 1500 or by using our website sales contact page if you do not already have the Browser Daemon module installed and running on your Platinum system.
Installation
- It is recommended that the Web Daemon is installed on your Platinum server.
- Find the installation package 'setupwebdaemon.exe' downloaded above and double-click to run it.
- Follow the instructions in the Setup Wizard to install the Web Daemon.
- You will be asked for the location of the "Platinum communication folder". The wizard should detect this automatically. Click [Next] to continue.
