Each Knowledge Base article is given a category or a series of categories that the article fits into, use the category browser on the opening screen to browse the articles.
If you are looking for a specific problem use the "Search" in the top right hand area of all pages.
You have several options available on all pages from the 'Customer Care' box on the left.
- Knowledge Base will take you to the opening screen.
- Recent Changes will show you what articles our support team have been working on, any articles that are still in the progress of being written have an indicator at the top of the screen.
- Random page will pick a random article.
- Contact Details how to keep in touch.
- Support Query will send our support team a query.
- Help gives you this page.
- What links here will show you all the articles that link to the current article you are reading.
