Summary
Sometimes it is necessary to make a Task 'private' so that only you can read, amend or delete it.
More Information
Once in the "Task Properties" screen accessed from the "Personnel Planning" -> "Tasks Outstanding".
- Select the "Private" check box to make the current task 'private'.
- Select the [Done] and <Accept> the change.
Leavers: If an employee is made 'inactive' or leaves then their private tasks become visible to any member of staff with a higher security rating than they had when they were 'active'. |
