List Status Colours

These colours are used to indicate the general status of an item or task to the user and are editable from "Main Menu" -> "Reports and Parameters" -> "Maintenance Options" -> "System Administrator" -> "System Colours" -> "Default Status Colours".

Ok - Can Do

This status indicates to a user that there is nothing wrong with an item or task and he is able to proceed.

It is currently used in the following parts of the system:

  • "Stock Control" -> "Point of Sale"
  • "Purchase Order Processing" -> "Sales Order Link"

Problem - Can't Do

This status indicates to a user that there is a problem with an item or task that requires his attention.

It is currently used in the following parts of the system:

  • "Stock Control" -> "Point of Sale"
  • "Purchase Order Processing" -> "Sales Order Link"

OK - Done

This status indicates to a user that the process that corresponds to the item or task has been completed.

It is currently used in the following parts of the system:

  • "Purchase Order Processing" -> "Sales Order Link"

Overridden

This status indicates to a user that an automatic process has been overridden by a user.

It is currently used in the following parts of the system:

  • "Stock Control" -> "Point of Sale"

Due in Future

This status indicates to a user that they are not required to take any action on this item or task at this time.

It is currently used in the following parts of the system:

  • "Sales Prospecting" -> "Contacts Due"

Due Now

This status indicates to a user that action on the item or task is due at this time.

It is currently used in the following parts of the system:

  • "Sales Prospecting" -> "Contacts Due"

Overdue

This status indicates to a user that the item or task is overdue and requires their attention.

It is currently used in the following parts of the system:

Long Overdue

This status indicates to a user that the item or task is long overdue and requires their urgent attention.

It is currently used in the following parts of the system:

  • "Sales Prospecting" -> "Contacts Due"
