Summary

This article explains how to print or email a ticket from the Job Planning screen. This can be produced for either the customer or the sub-contractor.

More Information

Go to " Logistics Management Job Planning".

  • All current jobs will be listed.
  • Select the job to print. Your default print record will be used unless you select an alternative.
    • If you wish to email the ticket press <Alt-P>.
    • Enter your email print record e.g. '91'.
    • Click [Close]
  • Press <Ctrl+F9>.
  • In the "General Notes" pop up, enter any specific information you would like printing on the ticket.
  • Press [Done] to produce the ticket for the customer.

Print/Email a Sub-contractor

Go to " Logistics Management Job Planning".

  • All current jobs will be listed.
  • Select the job to print or email to the sub-contractor.
  • Press <F5> to edit the job.
  • Select the [Sub-contractor] tab.
Your default print record will be used unless you select an alternative.
    • If you wish to email the ticket press <Alt-P>.
    • Enter your email print record e.g. '91'.
    • Click [Close]
  • Press <F9>.
  • In the "General Notes" pop up, enter any specific information you would like printing on the ticket.
  • Press [Done] to produce the ticket.
