Summary
This article explains how to show that a technician has left so that the hours available for that technician in the workshop diary are reduced giving an accurate amount of available hours, which will help not only in preventing double booking available time, but will also make sure that your productivity and efficiency figures are correct.
More Information

- Press <Done> and [Accept] the changes.
If you are using Platinum Online so that the technicians are logging themselves on and off jobs, then they will have a Platinum user set up, and you will have to go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Add or Edit Users".
