Summary
The following article explains how to create or amend a customer booking status in the Booking and Hire module.
More Information
Customer booking statuses are used to show how a particular customer booking is progressing along the customer booking process.
Creating a Hire Item Type
Go to " Booking and Hire Maintenance Options Add or Edit Booking Statuses".
- Press the [Add] button.
Details
- At "Description:", enter a description for the status.
- At "Colours", you can select "Text:" and "Background:" colours in which the status will appear.
Saving the New Booking Status
- Press the [Done] button and [Accept] the changes to create the customer booking status.
