Summary
The following article explains how to indicate a hire item as retired.
More Information
Retiring a hire item will prevent it from appearing during Hire Item Planning and as a Customer Booking Item e.g. if it is under repair or sold. You can learn more about flagging a status as retired here.
Retiring a hire item
Go to " Booking and Hire Maintenance Options Add or Edit Hire Items".
- Press [Search] to list the hire items.
- Select the hire item from the list and click [Edit].
- Go to the [Details] tab.
- At "Status:" click the down arrow and select the relevant status.
You can create your own statuses to distinguish why a hire item has been retired. |
- Press [Done] and [Accept] the changes to retire the hire item.
