Summary
The following article explains how to set the job status automatically when you book parts to a workshop job.
More Information
Once you have booked parts to a workshop job, you can have Platinum set a specific status so you can easily see the current status of all your jobs from the diary screen.
Configuration
Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Platinum Settings" and search for 'items booked status'.
- For "All items booked status" enter your status code for 'All Items Booked' or press <Ctrl+F1> to search for it.
If a status doesn't exist then you can create one. |
"All Items Booked" means all items currently booked out to the job, as distinct to having some items booked out and some on order. |
In Use
- Once you have booked items to a workshop job with nothing remaining on order, the status will now automatically change to the status set above.
