Summary
This article explains how to get a current valuation of your unit stock.
More Information
Go to " Unit Sales Unit Reports Reports".
- Choose [Adjust Report Range].
- Set "New Unit?" to 'Y' for New Units only, 'N' for Used Units only or leave this blank for All Units.
- Set "Statuses Included" to your "In Stock" status (usually 'STO').
- Press <Esc>.
- Choose [Valuation Report].
This will show a report with the following columns:
Stk. No. Description New Colour Loc Stat Value
This report will default to showing you the result on-screen. If you require a print, click the [Toggle Output] button on the Report Selection screen. |
Click here to produce a Valuation at a specific date. |
