Summary

The following article explains how to view costings against your vehicles in Vehicle Costings.

Go to " Vehicle Costings Reports".

Vehicle Cost Report

  • Enter a start date in the "From Date:" field.
  • Enter an end date in the "To" field.
  • Enter the vehicle for which you want to view costings in the "From Vehicle:" field.
  • Pressing <Enter> will copy the vehicle entered above into the "To:" field.
  • If required, you can report on one specific category of cost. Enter that category in the "From Category:" field if required.
  • In "Mode:", indicate whether you want a detailed or a summarised report.
  • In "Output:" select whether you want the report to go to the screen or the printer.
  • In "Include Trailers:", specify whether you want to include trailers in the report.
  • In "Use Period Earnings:", indicate whether you want to include period earnings for the vehicle or not.
  • Press <F2> to produce the report.
