How do I view my dashboards?

Platinum Dashboards are designed to show you a variety of information in chart format.

The Dashboards are accessible from within Platinum itself but also via Platinum Online. This feature allows you to keep an eye on your business whilst you are away.

Dashboards via Platinum

Go into the relevant module, e.g. to see Workshop Sales, go to " Workshop" then select " Workshop Dashboard" or " Technician Dashboard".

• The chart will default to the current month and year to date.
• Use the drop down menus to alter the data being reported on, then click [Update].

Dashboards via Platinum Online

• Log into your Platinum Online account as explained here.
• From the "Sidebar" options, select the relevant option e.g. "Accounts", "Stock", "Vehicles" or "Workshop".
• Select the "Dashboard".
