Purpose of the module
This module is designed to link with the Logistics Management module, but can be run independently. Its purpose is to allow you to log running costs and other expenses against individual vehicles in a simple and convenient fashion, and to report on these expenses in a variety of ways. Comparing revenue from the vehicle against its costs is just one example that you can extract. Fuel is treated as a special case, in that you can customise the prompts for distance and amount used. In other words, you can use miles, kilometres or hours to indicate the distance or time for the vehicles, and you can use gallons, litres or some other measure for the amount of fuel used. You can then produce the fuel consumption of the vehicles in the format that you require.
