Summary
This article explains how to create interests in Sales Prospecting to be allocated to a prospect.
More Information
- Go to " Sales Prospecting Maintenance Options Add or Edit Interest Categories".
- Click [Add].
- In the "Interest Category" field, enter a unique code for the Interest, which can be up to three characters, and press <Enter>.
- In the "Description" field, enter a suitable description for this Interest.
- On the [Settings] tab, you can choose to allocate the Interest to an existing Category or create a new one.
- Click [Done] and [Accept].
