Summary

The following article shows how you can add post delivery notes to a completed logistics job to show whether the load was delivered satisfactorily or not, or just to leave any applicable comments.

More Information

In Logistics Management, you have the option, once a job has been completed, to record against that job, any applicable post delivery information.

  • Go to " Logistics Management Management Job Planning".
  • Press <F9> to bring up the advanced search box.
  • In the "Job" field, enter in the job number you wish to search on.
If the job has already been invoiced, ensure you set the "Invoice:" drop to not filter on invoice.
  • Press <F5> to edit the job.
  • Select the [Post Delivery] tab.
  • In the "Job Satisfactory?" drop-down, select where appropriate if the outcome of the delivery was satisfactory or not.
  • In the "Problems:" field(s), enter in an appropriate problem code if know, or press <Ctrl-F1> to search for one.
  • In the "Notes:" field, enter in any applicable post delivery notes.
  • Click on <Done> and <Accept> to save the changes.
