Summary

This article explains how to add analysis codes and apply them to a vehicle. In Platinum it is possible to attach analysis codes to your vehicles to allow for more detailed reporting.

More Information

Go to " Systems Unit Sales Add and Edit Vehicles".

  • This will take you to a search screen. Press <F6> or click the [New] button.
Tip:  Or you can type in a part of a reg, vehicle model or code or description to find an existing code.
  • Click on the [Groups\Analysis] Tab.
  • Click on one of the "Analysis" code boxes.
  • Type a 1 Character code that relates to the status you require.
  • Press <Shift+F10>. This will take you to the "Vehicle Analysis Amendment".
  • Type in a "Description" for the {{DataPrompt|Analysis code]].
  • Press <Esc> and click [Accept].
