How do I view outstanding advisory work?

Summary

Within the Workshop system it is possible to record advisories against a vehicle for any future work you believe should be carried out in the future. This article explains how to report out the outstanding advisory work against all vehicles.

Go to " Workshop Job Reports Advisory Work Reports Outstanding Advisory Report".

• This will print out a report detailing all the advisories against individual vehicles along with the date each of these advisories should be completed by.

If you want to see a graphical breakdown of outstanding advisory work go to " Workshop Job Reports Advisory Work Reports Outstanding Advisory Breakdown".

• This will give you a Pie chart of the outstanding advisory items showing a percentage breakdown of each advisory type. To see the values for each segment of the chart click the [+ Chart Data] button.
