Summary
The following article explains how to create/amend a code for a new job status to allow you to allocate this to a Logistics Ticket.
More Information
Go to " Logistics Management Maintenance Options Add or Edit Ticket Statuses".
- Click [Add].
- In the "Ticket Status" field, enter a Status code and press <Enter>, for example, 'COM'.
- Enter a description for the status in the "Description" field and press <Enter>, for example, 'Completed'.
- Click [Done] and [Accept].
