Please Note: The Android Platinum Mobile app has been replaced by Platinum Online (A suite of secure Internet browser applications which compliment mainstream Platinum Software. Designed as a progressive web app, this software runs anywhere that a supported web browser is available).

"Platinum Mobile" is a secure mobile application designed to collect data for your mainstream Platinum. Currently available for:
- Android™ devices running Android 4.1 "Jelly Bean" up to Android 7.1.1 "Nougat" (Please note: We can only guarantee it works on devices supplied by ourselves, Catalyst Computer Systems Ltd. Newer versions of Android may work, but are untested and unsupported.).
Platinum Mobile is now available to download on Google Play™.
Platinum Mobile is designed for technicians that are working offsite and may not have an internet connection. If this is not the case then please use Platinum Online. |
Installing the App

Registering the App
To use Platinum Mobile you must register the app with Catalyst. This is done automatically when you log in to Platinum Mobile for the first time.
Troubleshooting
Please do not use Android's [Clear data] option in the settings for Platinum Mobile. This will delete everything stored within the app, including any data that has not yet been uploaded to Platinum (such as images, activities, etc.). It will also re-register the app and use an extra licence each time [Clear data] is pressed. |
As the app uses our 'internet services' it must be registered to a copy of Platinum that is under a live maintenance or rental contact. |
