Summary

This article explains how to produce a price list for the items in your Stock Control system.

This list will be prices WITHOUT V.A.T.

More Information

Go to " Stock Control Stock Reports Stock Reports Price List".

  • Enter the relevant items into the ranges on screen and press:
    • <F2> to View.
    • <F5> to Print.

Example

For a list of all items in the 'PTS' - Parts Group, not including items with zero price and showing the location and stock quantity of the items in question do the following:

  • Set the "Stock Group From" and "Stock Group To" with 'PTS'.
  • Leave the "Stock Code From" and "Stock Code From" BLANK for all items.
  • Set "Show Location & Qty" to 'Y'.
  • Set "Show Zero-Priced Items" to 'N'.
