Summary

This article describes how to view a detailed unit history.

More Information

Units: Unit is a general term used to cover all types of vehicle and machinery, including items such as motorcycles, scooters, cars, trucks, vans, caravans, motorhomes, boats, tractors, ATVs, agricultural equipment, wholegoods and construction equipment.

The report shows details of work carried out on a unit regardless of the unit having several unit stock numbers/owners.

You will need to find the unit that you want first. This can be done from either " Unit Sales Add or Edit Units" or " Workshop Workshop Diary" and opening a job which references the unit.

If you are doing this from the Workshop, then click on the "Vehicle stock code" field and press <Shift+F10> to open the unit record.

Once you have the unit record on the screen:

  • Press <Alt+F5>.
  • Select [Deep].
You have the option to select [Quick] at this prompt and this will only search for job history on the current unit stock number.
