Summary

The CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) / SRM (Supplier Relationship Manager) displays all customer or supplier activity for a given range of time (1, 3, 5, 7 years or all time).

CRM allows you see all activity in a time period for a Customer or Supplier without having to move from one area of Platinum to another. For most views the [Details] button will allow more in depth details of the current activity to be displayed.

If the account is in an account 'Group' then the [Group] button can be used to show information from all the associated accounts.

Usage

From anywhere in Platinum that has an attached Customer or Supplier <Alt+Y> can be used to call up the Relationship Manager showing the following information.

  • Platinum will use the "current" account (or prospect) and show you information relating to that customer, prospect or supplier.
  • Group associated accounts together to view combined information by setting the 'Account group' to the same value across all the associated customers or suppliers and use the [Group] button to combine the activity from the grouped accounts.

  • Tasks (Outstanding and Closed).
  • Invoices and Credits.
  • Unit Sales Activity.
  • Workshop Jobs (Past and Current).
  • Diary Activity.
  • Sales Prospecting Contacts.
  • General Client Contacts.
  • Stock Movements (Sales).
  • Debt Chasing Contacts.
  • Logistics.
  • Order Processing.

SRM (Supplier Relationship Manager)

Will display (some may be dependant on that module being active).

  • Tasks (Outstanding and Closed).
  • Diary Activity.
  • Stock Movements (Purchases).
  • Order Processing.
