Summary
If an employee leaves and then rejoins the company, you can reinstate their old user code. This means you will not have to create another duplicate user code. This article explains how to do so.
More Information

- Enter the name of the user you want and select [Search].
- Select [Edit].
- For "Leaving date:" enter '00/00/0000'.
- For "Active:" enter 'Yes'.
- Now Select [Done] and [Accept] to save changes.
- Press <Close> to exit.
