Summary

This article explains how you can report on the hours worked for the technicians.

More Information

Go to " Workshop Job Reports Productivity Report".

This report looks at any labour booked to jobs whether they have been invoiced or not, so work in progress is included in this report. This will mean that the charged hours and value are unlikely to agree with the invoiced hours and value for the same period, but all the time logged by the technicians or workshop manager in the date range specified will be included.

Report Options

This will take you to a range screen with the following options.

Depot

If you have more than one site, you can choose the depot for the site here.

Screen or Printer

This option allows you to view or print the report.

You will get a more detailed report if the report is printed.

Labour Rate Breakdown

It is possible to see a breakdown of the labour totals on the report by changing this option to 'Yes'.

The Labour Rate breakdown can only be included if the report is printed.

Labour Codes From/To

Use this option to restrict the report results to a single technician or a range of technicians.

If you wish to see all the technicians, leave this blank.

Date From/To

Use this option to restrict the report results to one particular date or a range of dates.

If you wish to see all jobs, leave this filter blank.

Job Numbers From/To

Use this option to restrict the report results to one particular or a range of Job Numbers.

If you wish to see all the job numbers, leave this filter blank.

Example of Report Output

Here is an example of the results of the report. (This example is one without the Labour Breakdown)
