Setting a Mandatory Item

Go into "Logistics Management" -> "Job Data entry" -> "Add Job Records".

  • Press <F1> to take you to the first account code on file.
  • Go to any fields you wish to be set as mandatory and then press <Alt+F2> This will ask the question:
Mandatory Data 

Is the current item mandatory for analysis code -not set?

                       Yes    No
  • Click [Yes].
